My Sweet Inspirations

I’ve always loved to express through poems,
the words I long to say.
To let my feelings flow through ink,
as inspiration leads the way.

I tell about my Savior Jesus,
the rock on which I stand.
In darkness He’s my guiding light.
When lost my guiding hand.

The beauties of the world itself,
sweetest poetry to me.
God’s Master Pieces by His hand,
magnificence beyond degree.

Unpaintible colors as the day breaks morn,
Sunsets at the oceans end.
The twinkling art in the midnight sky,
as the moon feels like a friend.

A soothing cooling midday breeze,
as it dances with  my hair.
Old leaves take on a brand new life,
with whirlwinds in the air.

The incredible blue of a perfect sky
On a  bright and sunny day.
While puffy little bleached white clouds
form shapes to my dismay.

They’re many ways I get inspired,
It stems mainly from  my heart.
Like  the feelings I get when I‘m pleased or upset,
though my memories do play a big part.

My train of thoughts have many tracks,
Each in a different direction.
Depending upon which feeling’s turned on,
Or my brain thinks my heart needs protection.

Sometimes my train will jump it’s track,
Or gets robbed by a certain emotion.
Then all of my thoughts gets twisted and tossed.
Like a hurricane out in the ocean.

Once that a certain emotions takes over,
I get out my pen and start draining.
Letting my mind blocking flood waters out,
Til’ my sunshine is all that’s remaining.

The best inspiration I’ve left till the end,
when my soul is warmed by the  kindness of men.
When God melts a heart to help others in need.
Leads the hopeless to hope or helps them succeed.

When I see the good  in most  people I meet,
Is a very hard task but to find it is sweet.
To look on the bright side as life’s web is spun,
There’s a great inspiration that can’t be undone.
