My Search

I've been working very hard to find my family tree.
I've searched and searched to find the folks that are a part of me.

I looked up names of all I could , untill I found no more.
Then I was stuck, I began to think it's a waste of time for sure.

As I sit, a wondering, a vioce said this to me.
It doesn't matter where their from, but where their going to be.

So I put my tree a side, I have a brand new goal,
It's not to search the dead ones names, but the path of my loved ones souls.

I sending this to everyone, that may be kin to me.
To ask you if you'd die right now.
Just where would your soul be.

There is a place called Heaven, we'd like to live someday.
Do you know how you can get there? Jesus is the way.

Just look in side your Bible, you'll find  the answer there.
Then you'll lose the biggest burden you have ever beared.
