At PPG 3

Well now the year is "94".
Things haven't changed much than before.
We're now empowered, or so they say,
At least they make it look that way.

We have more teams, and bosses too,
The Question is "What do they do"?
We sit and talk about the plan,
Try to decide, just where we stand.

Not much gets done. You ask "Why Not"?
And what they say? "OH I FORGOT!".
Don't get me wrong! It's not all bad.
Our Quality is the best we've  had.

Business is great! So stand up tall.
We cannot make enough for all.
But Wait a minute! Know what we hear?
"WE HAVEN"T MADE ANY MONEY THIS YEAR"!

Our raise is small, it's not a lot.
Compared to what the big wheels got.
It makes us so mad, when we're stabbed in the back.
We'll probably die from a heart attack.

So many times and this Lovely place,
You find someone with a second face.
A forked tongue, they have that too!
What is a caring person to do?

Are we empowered? We do not know.
The bosses, well, they won't let go.
They do not want empowerment,
We will not need them then.
They work against us every day,
"So we have Failed," is what they'll say.
Their happy cause, it looks that way.
If your new , you don't understand.

The money's great, this place is grand.
So don't suck up, it is not  wise.
You have to see it from our eyes.
It's not our fault, and that's for sure!

That's why the union's at the door!
