At PPG Use to be that P-P-G, had the best in Q-U-A-L-I-T-Y. It's not like that here today. Guess they let it slip away. We all feel the motto now, Is (Make Production and they don't care how). They don't care how good we do, Just do more than the other crew. I've been here almost ten years, It has always been this way. Number one rule, is make your hours, And make them everyday. Or your boss comes around, and says," come on ", "We've gotta talk a little bit". They write you up! They chew you out! They make you feel like SH!*t !! Then we go out! We're VERY MAD! We work real FAST! Our attitudes BAD! What good does that do for PPG? NONE!! The yarn comes back you see! Just one more thing I have to say, And I hope someone can see it my way. We can't do these jobs, and do them right, And make Production EVERY NIGHT!! So don't blame us for the Quality, If the boss don't care then WHY SHOULD WE?? |
