Am I A Poet Each writer has his own way of writing, each dreamer his own way to dream, Every poet their own way expressing, exactly the things they have seen. Their words have been changed and perfected, to master their work for display, attempting to paint you a picture of of thoughts they desire to convey. With so many ways to be written, and so many types from to choose. Is there a fine line between poetry and rhyme, to know what to keep or to lose? When can you affirm your a poet and what must you do to get there? How can you be "worthy of mention", to know that you words can compare. When do you feel seriously taken, to know you’re not wasting your time? Does the readers consider it poetry or merely no more than a rhyme? I’m lost when it comes to these questions, I write from my heart, that’s sincere and really thirst for the answers It’s the truth that I seek, and yet fear. By: D.L.E. |
